How Can Reiki Help Me?
Reiki has been associated with many physical and emotional healing benefits including pain relief, lower blood pressure, better mood, emotional release, relaxation, anxiety relief ~ it’s even being used in medical facilities such as hospitals and long-term care facilities
The biggest benefit of Reiki energy on our human bodies is that it promotes deep relaxation. I like to say “You Heal Best When You Rest” because it’s true! When you let the external world fall away for a time, your body can use it’s own universal life energy to heal any dis-ease within; complement this with receiving Reiki from a practitioner and your body accelerates its own natural healing capacities.
My Reiki Place is located in downtown Cortland, NY. I offer 30, 45 or 60 minute in-person sessions.

I recently attended InnerVision Wellness for my first ever Reiki session. I was not really sure what to expect. Tracy was honest, informative, and professional as she explained the philosophy and process for this Reiki session.
The session was fabulous. Her work space is peaceful and clean. It was so relaxing and a great way to de-stress! At some point during my session I realized that my shoulder and neck pain were no longer there. I still do not have the same level of neck and shoulder pain and it has been 3 days!

What is Reiki?
Reiki is often experienced as a hands-on treatment where “a warm and soothing energy flows from the hands into the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension.” Reiki can have powerful and healing effects on the human energy field.
